homework with heather
Had a fun day today with Heather Flanagan at our house. My dh was in fine form explaining the adventures of how our house, the Titanic, came to be. He did the voices and everything. Why oh why can't I get a recording?
Anyway, she had some tips on how to get started in the videoblog space. First nice thing to hear is I don't need a mac, I can just use plain old movie maker. Next is the camera and capturing is the least of my worries - then there is the editing piece. I could be completely spontaneous in the capture and then do the planning in the editing, or I can do the planning beforehand and be fairly scripted during the capture. Comes to the same thing, quality takes time.
Our kids, who met in Montana, are still best buds.
